This project is a terrific example of how dedicated NEWLOOK is to serving our clients.  We were engaged to find a site and build a single family home in Chicago.  Once we identified the areas in which our client was interested, NEWLOOK's sales team began scouring for deals both on market and off.  As a result, we found this lot that was perfect for our client, both in terms of location and price.   However, the property was in a short sale situation, had liens on it from the city of Chicago for unpaid porch repairs, and was not up to code in several of the living areas. 

Our client presented all of this information to his bank and was denied the acquisition and construction loan because of all of the issues with the property.  NEWLOOK identified the value in this parcel and did not want our client to lose the opportunity to get his dream house in an ideal location.  So, we stepped in and bought the land on behalf of our client.  We cleared title so his bank could then fund the transaction and ultimately flipped the lot to him.  

Plans and permits are ready and construction will start soon on this ultra-modern design that is sure to wow anyone who walks in the door.  We are very proud of how we were able to put this project together even though it presented very unique challenges.   This project clearly illustrates NEWLOOK's care and customer friendly approach that is unmatched across today’s market.  We can guarantee that we will continue to work with our clients no matter where and when challenges arise.
