In a span of 8 months, from acquisition to finished product, NEWLOOK has doubled the value of our office building in Wilmette.  Per our recent appraisal, each dollar NEWLOOK invested in our acquisition and remodel of this 100+ year old building added 100 percent of value.  As we consistently talk about with our clients, a balance of investment return versus final product, we put into practice our vertically integrated systems incorporating architects, brokerage valuations, and field craftsmanship, to achieve this unprecedented return over such a short timeline.  NEWLOOK promises this same approach with our clients, always generating added value with each project we take on.
